How I Relax

I come home from work. Then take my work boots off at the door, because I do not want to mess up the hardwood floors. Next I greet the family, answer any question that my 5 year old daughter has for me. Then I pick up my 1 year old and talk with her for a few minutes. Check on my wife to make sure that she okay I process upstairs to drop my clothes in the hamper and hit the shower. I put on some of my old sweat suit from the Navy. After the shower go down stairs where the family is sitting. Then I sit in my recliner; watch my favorite television show named cheaters. Once my show is over I help my daughter with her homework. After the kids go to bed; my wife and I cuddle on the sofa, light the fireplace and watch a movie. Finally, this is how I relax from a hard days work.

How I Relax

To relax is just mind blowing to anyone who’s been working all-day or

caring for the children. It’s another way of saying you went on vacation, but you are close

to home instead of being miles away with no one to bother you. The way I relax or what I

like to call getting lose is I have to find a place or spot that nobody goes to often like, my

ant’s house to maybe catch some sleep or just get in the car and ride to another state by

myself to feel the fresh air. When I get to where ever I’m going I have find a radio so

that I can fall back and listen to some good tones. For me, listening to music is like no

feeling you can put in words. It’s just a way of escaping different problems. The next

thing I do is try to eat something, but that always turn up to be everything in sight. While

relaxing I like to eat all kinds of pasta, but it must be hot. The very next thing I do while

in my own little world is writing to me, maybe a rap for different underground artist but I

won’t put their names out there. Writing is also another way of distancing me from all

the hardships in life and also another hobby for me in my spear time that I love so much.

The last thing I do while relaxing is just take time out to thank the man above for letting

me see and live through another day. Not only that I like to just close my eyes and vision

things that happened in the pass and think “What would’ve happened if I would have

took this path in life” and “What would my life be like in five or ten years from now”?

That to me is just a way to keep me on the right road and not that dark road. I love

relaxing and doing these things while laying back in the hut. These are just a few things

that I do on my free time on relaxing by myself.

I like to relax when I come home from work, but I don’t always have enough time because I then come to school. However, on Fridays I have more time. When I get home from work, I greet my family and then go upstairs to take a shower. After I get out of the shower I go back downstairs and make something to eat. While the food is cooking I am constantly running back and forth from the television to the stove. After the food is done cooking I like to sit down and watch my favorite television shows, while laying on the couch. When my favorite show goes off I like to call a friend and maybe go over there house and relax. While over there, I will just sit there and maybe watch more television. After working all day, I don’t like to come home and do much. I especially hate the summer because after work, sometimes the lawn needs to be mowed or the dog may want to go out for a walk. I like to relax.

What Helps me Relax

The way I unwind is simply by drawing, or artlessly lying down on my bed in the all-quiet dark, with chilled air flowing on my face from the air-conditioning. I amour (love) drawing. Just sitting down with nothing but a pencil in my hand and a drawing pad on my lap I let my mind scrutinize the very depths of my soul, so that my hand will just start to draw what my mind is acquisition. Eureka a picture is miraculously evolving. Normally my work of art turns out to be an extraordinary portrait of a friend or family member, or an exotic bird or animal. Growl power. After my masterpiece is finished I sign my name and take a picture with my digital camera to add to my photo album just for snapshots of my art work. Then I email the picture form my camera to my friends and family and send my it to the person who is longing for it the most, and trust me it is a hard thing to decide who it goes to everyone fights over it.
The other way I kick back is by going into the only room in the apartment that has air-conditioning which is my bed room. I kick my boyfriend Nathaniel out if he is in the room watching foot ball, and shut the door, turn off the TV so I am in complete silence.. I turn the sealing fan on high and change into a tank top and my pajama shorts. Then I slowly start to lie down in the middle of my bed. Sensation of the cool air calms my nerves quickly and comfortably. It is a very good way to relax.

How I Relax

I usually close my mind and meditate or pray, some times read books a lot of inspirational
Word, journey books. I love watching movies going out to communicate at different scenery.
I really love picking up my twenty month year old daughter and creating something for her to do,
She really put me to test of imaging different outlooks for her, she all ready in dance class. Sometimes
when I’m on the road driving my big rig around 1 in morning the highway is clear of traffic and my jazz or
R&b soul music is playing my mind is at a peaceful process. And I love to sleep when ever I get a chance,
but like they say you sleep when you die, so relax for me is always doing something in a relax rotation.

Relaxation technique
To relax there are several things you can do. My favorite relaxing technique to relaxing is listing to music. There are certain things you have to do in order you use this technique. Well first it can’t be any rap music; it has to be something smooth like R&B or jazz. Once you get the right music then you have to set the mood right and get a heat lamp. I would suggest the red one. Run some nice, cool, and warm bath water; don’t “forget the bubbles.” Now that we have everything set, get in the bathtub, put the music on and relax. Don’t just listing to the music feel the music. Now close your eyes and use your imagination. Picture being in the most beautiful place on earth. Just breathe, take deep breaths, in and out in and out. Now you are completely relaxed.

How Do I Relax

When it’s time for me to kick my feet up, I know the it is really means it is family time. We get up early on Saturday to do some choices and yard work; afterwards it time for me and the boys to go a play one of are favor sport paint ball shooting. My sons love because it is the only time they can cause some pain to dad and getaway with it. Afterwards we head over to Hoorties for some wings. Meanwhile the wife and daughter are spending time doing girls things. Once I get home it’s daughter and father time we usually play board, cards or video games. She wins most of the time. But before we start we have to bake some cookies got have our snacks. The after the kids are all tried out then it is time to cuddle up with the wife and watch a movie. That is day of relaxation it does get no better then that.

I relax in various ways, but I will tell you how I relax when I’m mad. First, I go and try to find my iPod, and then I start listening to it because that helps me. When I start listening to my music I make my way outside and go on the back porch. I go on the back because I have a certain chill spot. My chill spot is on top of the roof of my house. After I make my way to the back porch I start climbing on top of the roof. My grandparents do not like me going on top of the roof because they are scared one day I am going to fall off. When I get to the top I just lie down, listen to my music, and look at the sky thinking. It’s a whole lot better to be up there when it is night time because the stars are out and they help relax when you are mad. That is how I relax when I am mad.
